Dr. Christian Bridts founded Bridts Corporate Finance in 2005.
Prior to that he led the M&A and Corporate Finance-division within Hypo Vereinsbank-Group.
Until 1994 Dr. Bridts worked as management consultant in the German Mittelstand-segment. He successfully advised comprehensive turn-around projects, both in family-held and listed companies.
